Love the books, I always get my books from here

Very flimsy packaging, so the book arrives damaged (pathetic given they charge $10 postage). Trying to rectify the problem becomes a nightmare, they expect you to pay $14.50 to return the item. Avoid Dymocks online and use Boomerang Books or Abbeys Bookshop.

I ordered 3x arctic blue, packets of tissue paper.They sent 2x arctic blue and some other random blue colour. I can't help but feel they didn't have enough stock in the first place. I emailed them and they suggested that l post the wrong one back, at their expense for a refund. I live in the country and that's not quite as easy as it sounds. The petrol cost and task outways the refund cost. Very cunning, l would say. The wrong item also had a very different bar code to the 2 correct items. A deliberate mistake? No one noticed the very obvious colour difference or the very different barcode when entering it for the sale, before they sent it? They still got the sale right? I was even invited to do a review! My reviews are here where they matter the most. No, l would not recommend Dymocks Online.
