diyustom Tracking Order Status

Extremely bad experience. I've ordered the customised ornaments for Christmas on 20 Nov, it just arrived yesterday on 8 Jan. I've waited for so long and at the end 1 of the ornaments is missing, I've ordered 5 but I've only received 4.

I ordered a National Park plaque to be personalized. Unlike others, I did receive my item, but my name is spelled wrong. They offered a 20% refund for my inconvenience. Disputing the charge with my credit card company. Do not order from this website!

I ordered my Christmas bauble on the 21st of November. It’s now the 26th of December and it’s still not here. The customer service couldn’t care less, they delete Instagram comments and ignore your questions. Terrible company.

If I could put zero stars I would. Stole my money. HORRIBLE. I hope Karma bites them in the ASS.

I bought 2 t-shirts (Mando theme). One was excellent, the other had very poor print quality. They refused to reprint the poor quality shirt until I escalated to a PayPal claim, then they offered to replace it. The replacement never arrived.
