50 FLOOR Tracking Order Status

The crew of three arrived exactly on time. It was projected to take more than one day to replace carpet in one large room and two smaller ones, fix any imperfections in the cement slab, then lay down LVP, install the quarter-round against our existing baseboards. We removed lamps and a few things on top of the dresser, but they moved everything out of the exercise room, and master bedroom. They were courteous and extremely efficient. They used quick-set to repair holes in the slab that we didn’t know were there. It was covered with carpet, so they could have just floored over it, but they didn’t. They were completely finished and hauled away all of the debris so that everything was sparkling clean- flooring, garage and driveway! We are extremely happy with their work. It is a joy to walk on our new floors. Thank you for a job well done.

Installers were courteous and professional. I had the whole house done, I moved a lot of furniture myself into the garage beforehand, the installers moved the rest out their way as they worked. They started at 10am and we're done by 5pm.

I ordered carpet called mushroom cap. What was installed as something else. I was told my carpet was damaged and new carpet would be ordered until Monday. After saying I wanted to cancel the carpet—because I work during the weekdays—I get a call Sunday that they had the carpet and would come put it in. It is not the carpet I ordered—not the color or the quality. I am getting a salesman from the carpet manufacturer (not 50 Floors) to verify what I suspect. They can either come take this mess out and install what I ordered and paid for, or they can refund my money.

The professionalism from start to finish, starting with Ron! He was very knowledgeable and really helped me find the BEST flooring for our family ….. he was AMAZING! The installers were ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! They were so professional and paid close attention to EVERY detail! We are so so grateful for the job that was done, they did not miss anything!!! You guys literally knocked it out of the park!!! WE love love our floors!!!!
