They sent me the fake products I had bought schwarzkopf professional bonacure fizz away shampoo 1000ml, 2 bottles of conditioner and 1 500ml hair mask…there was no seal and colour of the shampoo is white instead of transparent as it’s my regular go to brand since 1 year now and I know it’s colour and consistency and in this bottle it clearly shows the fake and duplicate product have ordered something for the first and last time from them and they have the audacity to reject the return request and they present fake authentication certificates on their website and claim the products are sourced from the brand which is clearly is a fraud and I will definitely make a complaint in consumer forum online and to the brand itself after this review as they are totally fraud and letting sellers sell the fake products on their website which make them a fraud as well… so never ever buy from them as their customer service also sucks… I need my money back as I can’t use a duplicate product to damage my hair
