Jetpac Global – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Have now used Jetpac once in Italy and now in the USA. Italy was easy to install and connect but had issues with getting connected in the US. An online Chat with Randy using WhatsApp cleared up the problem first time through his instructions. Definitely recommend Jetpac to Anyone.

Second time using Jetpac esims. Coverage is definitely good. Customer service response is fast. This time i had issues activating the esim. Would like to thank Jay for the patient assistance to resolve the issue for me. Definitely recommended to everyone

I bought an ESIM for recent travel in the Middle East. The eSIM worked well in Doha for a 3 Day layover and I could easily search online for information, order Ubers, use Google maps to find locations. When I moved to Egypt the eSIM was nearly useless. I had to depend on other travelers near me to order Ubers. I could not search for information online, nor order Ubers, nor use Google maps, nor share photos with family/friends. In some places I traveled there was no data coverage at all. I extended my eSIM for a month for 17USD because shorter offerings did not fit our schedule. The extended package was a total was of $. I would not recommend for use in Egypt. After my initial review, Jetpac has offered to refund a large part of the extended eSIM cost. I've changed my rating to a 4 for their great after-care. -1 for the poor performance in Egypt.
