I have not bought anything from this company before, but the reviews were good so I went ahead with my purchase. I had a query, something didn’t feel right so I sent a message, asking for advice. The response was quick, polite & helpful. Demi had so much patience with me. Every time I messaged her, she replied in a way that made me feel like a valued customer even though I’d only bought a small thing. Based on my experience with Demi, I would happily recommend Dock & Bay to everyone.

Lovely towels bought for motorhome as light. Friends recommended & love them! Like other reviewer though, I was disappointed that the 10% new customer discount which took £50 to £45 was cancelled out by the postage being applied to discounted price!

Made a decision to buy 2 beach towels with the 10% discount. All in basket, discount applied, to find that order has to be over £50 for free shipping! So basically discount wiped out by the £4 shipping. So will not be purchasing. You lured me in and lost me in one fail swoop. Give the discount and free shipping for first order, that makes more sense to me and I am sure others. Thank you, I have been refunded for the shipping. Great customer service.

Great product but lack of free returns is behind what the standard for shopping is these days hence 4 not 5 stars!
